Get ready to experience the heart of central Vietnam like never before with our thrilling 2-day Hoi An to Hue Motorbike Tour! Leave behind the touristy towns and embark on a real adventure through rugged roads, rustic villages, and stunning highlands. With the wind in your hair, we'll take you on a thrilling ride through the Hoi An countryside to Marble Mountain, before heading west and climbing our way into the mountains.
As we wind our way up towards the Lao border, home to the Co Tu minority, we'll take a break to visit one of the few remaining Co Tu woodcarvers and learn about their unique culture. Then, we'll continue our journey deep into the mountains, meandering through isolated villages where the culture and traditions remain untouched by time.
You'll witness firsthand the remote and staggeringly beautiful region that is home to one of the most authentic hill tribes in Vietnam.
As the afternoon sun begins to set, we'll arrive in P'rao - a small town on the Ho Chi Minh Trail. We'll check in to the hotel and explore this charming mountain town on foot, taking in the breathtaking scenery and immersing ourselves in the local culture.
Our day starts with a delicious breakfast before hitting the road to explore a new section of the Ho Chi Minh Trail towards the Lao border. This thrilling journey takes you through lush rainforests, over mountain passes and on roads perfectly suited for motorbikes. Keep your camera handy as the stunning views are certainly photo-worthy.
In the middle of the day, we'll stop for a picnic lunch in the shade of a mountain waterfall. You can even take a swim in the cool waters or simply relax in the solitude of this peaceful spot. After lunch, we'll begin the last stretch of our journey for the day and descend down to Hue. But the adventure isn’t over yet!
As we make our way towards the flatlands, the landscape continues to change, and we'll pass through A Shau Valley - an area that played a key role during the Vietnam War. You'll catch glimpses of the iconic Perfume River from the hills, and we'll cruise into Hue's center in the early evening.
